The Person Behind the PantrY

Peter started working at just 15 years old, and over six decades has built a career that spans every corner of the food and hospitality industry — from running hotel kitchens and catering at major national events, to lecturing in colleges and setting up NVQs in the workplace.

He’s trained hundreds of students — some of whom have gone on to work at Michelin-starred level. He’s been a head chef, a college lecturer, a head of catering, and a food safety trainer. His experience covers restaurants, hotels, food manufacturing, and everything in between.

After a period of personal loss, Peter is channelling his passion and lifetime of knowledge into Peters Pantry — because helping others succeed in food is what he was born to do.
